this arizona mom doesn’t let post pregnancy weight get the better of her

having a baby is probably one of the most beautiful things a person can ever experience. but with it comes a truck load of responsibilities and dirty diapers. the thing is, some people take it in their stride. and quite literally at that.

meet kristy ardo, a proud mom from arizona, with two cute lil ones called tucker and tate. she was a competitive springboard diver for 10 years before she got tucker. she says, “after getting tucker i was eager to get back to shape. so when tucker was just 4 months old i started taking him to the gym and started doing workouts with him.” and lil tucker loved it.

kristy then started taking videos of her workouts with tucker and posting them on instagram. in the hope that she would be able to inspire other moms to get back to working out. and it worked, today she has over has over 210,000 followers on instagram and over 43,000 fans on facebook.
